Do you accept reservations?
Reservations can be made by calling the bistro at (201) 857-3231. Tables of 6 or more are encouraged to call and reserve as it will help us to be prepared for your arrival. We DO NOT accept reservations via Email or online. All reservation requests must be verbally confirmed by a member of our staff.
What about lunch?
We do offer reservations for our lunch service. If you are a group of 6 or more, give us a call and we will hold you a table.
How far in advance may I book?
We allow reservations 30 days in advance of the calendar date for our lunch & dinner services.
How do I know my online reservation went through?
If you do not receive an email, or do not hear from the bistro, we would recommend calling to confirm your table and verify your reservation booking at (201) 857-3231.
Do I need to CONFIRM my reservation?
If you would like to.confirm, please give us a call. But if you have spoken to someone when making the reservation, we will consider that as confirmation.
Why is a credit card required to book a weekend or group reservation?
Weekends and holidays at due are a very busy time… so, we have made the decision to require a credit card to book these limited reservations. Your information will be stored in a secure “vault” and only charged per the terms of our cancellation policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for all reservations to be confirmed or cancelled by 3 pm on the date of your reservation. Any reservations cancelled after 3 pm, or the guests do not show will be charged a fee of $35 per person.
Do you have a WAITLIST?
If we do not have your preferred time or date available we are happy to add your name to our wait list for that date. As we confirm reservations each day and encounter cancellations, we offer available tables to the parties on our waitlist first. All parties will receive two calls in an attempt to offer available tables, no voicemails are left – so please make sure to give us a working cell phone and check for missed calls on the date you are attempting to secure a reservation. We will do our best to contact you, but cannot hold tables for extended periods of time – thank you for your understanding!
How long do you hold reservations?
We will hold a table for 15 minutes after your reserved time, if your full party has not arrived at that point we will release the table and your group will be treated as a walk-in, at which point we will do our best to seat you when a table becomes available. If you are running late, need to cancel a reservation, or make changes to your party size or reservation time, please notify us as soon as possible and we will see what we have available.
How large of a group will you book a reservation for?
We accept reservations for parties large and small. Please note, for parties larger than 6 persons due does include a 20% gratuity on the final bill.
Do you accept WALK-INS?
We do our best to seat walk-ins on a first come first served basis, but seating is limited due to reservations and space so wait times will vary.
Do you have OUTSIDE seating?
In the warm months we offer outside seating when weather permits! We have awnings and heaters to protect the area, but it is 100% dependent on nice weather and there are no inside alternatives if weather threatens. Outside seating is booked on a first-come, first-served basis and all tables must be confirmed.
